Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 bunch of radishes
  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp apple juice
  • 1 tsp mustard, medium hot
  • 6 tbsp walnut oil
  • Salt and pepper from the mill
  • some honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

goes well with green salads

Clean the radishes and dice them very finely. Combine the vinegar, juice, honey, and mustard. Season with salt and pepper. Mix in the oil. Stir in the diced radishes and mix well. This dressing goes well with a green salad.
