No-bake Coconut Cheesecake
The perfect no-bake coconut cheesecake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Cup Double biscuits with milk cream
- 1 Cup Desiccated coconut
- 100 g Liquid butter
- 500 g Cream cheese
- 500 ml Condensed milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla pulp
- 250 g Whipped cream
- Crush the double biscuits with milk cream in a blender and mix in the desiccated coconut. Mix with 100 g melted butter. Put the batter in a flat cake tin and chill.
- Whisk the cream cheese, condensed milk and vanilla pulp. Spread on the dough and chill again for 30 minutes.
- Finally, whip the whipped cream until stiff and use a piping bag to decorate the coconut cheesecake.
