No-bake Coconut Cheesecake

The perfect no-bake coconut cheesecake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Cup Double biscuits with milk cream
  • 1 Cup Desiccated coconut
  • 100 g Liquid butter
  • 500 g Cream cheese
  • 500 ml Condensed milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla pulp
  • 250 g Whipped cream
  1. Crush the double biscuits with milk cream in a blender and mix in the desiccated coconut. Mix with 100 g melted butter. Put the batter in a flat cake tin and chill.
  2. Whisk the cream cheese, condensed milk and vanilla pulp. Spread on the dough and chill again for 30 minutes.
  3. Finally, whip the whipped cream until stiff and use a piping bag to decorate the coconut cheesecake.
