Liptauer Cream Cheese
The perfect liptauer cream cheese recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Liptauer spread:
- 200 g Grained cream cheese
- 40 g Camembert double cream setting
- 40 g Butter
- 1 Shot Low fat milk
- 40 g Fresh peppers
- 1 piece Chopped onion
- 2 Stems Parsley
- 2 tbsp Capers
- 2 piece Gherkins pickles
Spices:
- 1 pinch Pepper from the grinder
- 1 pinch Salt from the mill
- 1 tsp Sweet paprika
- 1 tbsp Fennel seeds
Liptauer cream cheese:
- Heat the butter in the saucepan and stir until frothy. Portion or chop all other ingredients and mix roughly in a mixing vessel. Finally, don’t forget the spices. Puree the mixture with the food processor or with the electric blender.
Use:
- Please then fill the mixture neatly into a bowl and serve for breakfast or dinner.
