Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 cucumber(s), ripe
- 1 shallot(s) , (-2)
- 200 g natural yogurt
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tsp honey
- 4 tbsp dill, chopped
- salt and pepper
Instructions

Peel the cucumber and slice it thinly. Peel and chop the shallot(s), combine the other ingredients, and drizzle it over the cucumber.
