Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 150 g ricotta
  • 150 g natural yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 350 ml apricot juice
  • 6 ice cubes
  • Fresh fruit for garnishing

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine ricotta, yogurt, honey, nectar, and ice cubes in a food processor. Blend for 30 seconds until smooth. Pour into 6 clear glasses and garnish with fruit and a paper umbrella.
