Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 80 g currants, red
  • 50 ml pineapple juice (100% fruit content)
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 150 g yogurt (peach flavor 0.1%)
  • 6 ice cubes

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Combine all ingredients except the ice cubes in a blender and blend thoroughly. Finally, add the ice cubes and blend briefly again. Pour into a highball glass and serve. Tastes very refreshing.
