Salad dressing for baked Camembert

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 tsp cranberry jelly
  • 2 tsp sambal oelek
  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar, dark
  • 6 tbsp mixed vegetable oil (e.g. sunflower oil, rapeseed oil, soybean oil…)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

very good with lamb’s lettuce or mixed salad

Mix all ingredients together, fold in the salad and serve immediately with baked Camembert.
