Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 4 tbsp vinegar (wine vinegar)
- Salt
- Black pepper, freshly ground
- 1 tsp mustard
- 16 tbsp oil (olive oil), cold pressed
Instructions

Whisk vinegar with salt, pepper, and mustard. Then mix thoroughly with olive oil.
