Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 cl Campari
  • 4 cl Aperol
  • 10 cl grapefruit juice
  • 1 cl lime juice
  • 1 cl Blue Curaçao
  • Ice

Instructions

a light cocktail for those who prefer it more tart and yet fruity

Shake the Campari, Aperol, grapefruit juice, and lime juice with ice cubes. Strain into a cocktail glass with fresh ice cubes and slowly add the Blue Curacao to the center using a bar spoon. Garnish with a small slice of persimmon and a piece of carambola. If the cocktail seems too tart for your liking, you can add 1 cl of sugar syrup before shaking.
