Rice pan with turkey breast and wild garlic

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 120 g basmati rice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 40 g onion(s), chopped
  • 200 g turkey breast, cut into strips
  • 30 g tomatoes, dried, chopped
  • 80 g zucchini, diced
  • 80 ml vegetable stock
  • 2 tbsp, heaped cream
  • 30 g wild garlic leaves, cut into strips
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Prepare the rice according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large pan. Fry the onion and turkey for about 5 minutes, seasoning lightly with salt and pepper. Add the tomatoes and zucchini and fry for another 5 minutes over medium heat. Deglaze with the vegetable stock. Add the cream and rice and heat everything thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper and stir in the wild garlic. When serving, sprinkle with some wild garlic or garnish with a wild garlic flower.
