Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g chicken breast
- 1 head of broccoli
- 50 g miso paste
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp, heaped cornstarch
- 200 g basmati rice
- e.g. sesame
- some coconut oil for frying

Prepare the basmati rice. Chop the chicken breast into small pieces and sear it with a little coconut oil. Meanwhile, divide the broccoli into florets and place it in a microwave-safe bowl with about 2 tablespoons of water. Loosely cover and cook for 3-4 minutes at about 400 watts. Once the chicken is done, add the broccoli and sear. Whisk the miso paste, soy sauce, and honey into a sauce, add it to the pan, and stir well. Then mix the cornstarch with 1 teaspoon of water, stir well, and simmer for about 2 more minutes. Serve with the rice on a plate and garnish with sesame seeds. Tip: Perfect for meal prep.
