Fresh tomato sauce with mozzarella

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g cherry tomatoes
  • 2 balls of mozzarella
  • 2 tsp tomato paste
  • 1 pack of tomatoes, pureed
  • 1 onion(s), chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • Vegetable broth, granulated

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the cherry tomatoes, halve them, and briefly sauté them in olive oil with the garlic and onion. Pour in the passata and bring to a boil. Season with salt, pepper (mixed pepper is best), and broth, and add the tomato paste. Finally, add the finely diced mozzarella. Delicious with any kind of pasta.
