Kiwi salad with vanilla yogurt

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 kiwis
  • 6 tbsp orange juice
  • 2 tbsp passion fruit syrup
  • 350 g yogurt, vanilla flavor
  • 4 tbsp eggnog
  • 1 roll (milk roll)
  • 20 g butter
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel and slice the kiwi. Mix the orange juice with the passion fruit syrup and pour over the kiwi slices. Mix the vanilla yogurt with the egg liqueur. Dice one bread roll. Heat butter in a pan. Add the bread cubes and brown lightly, turning occasionally. Sprinkle with vanilla sugar and brown briefly again. Divide the kiwi slices among 4 bowls and serve with the croutons and yogurt.
