Leona's Carrot – Celery – Salad

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 5 large carrots
  • 1 large celeriac
  • 1 apple
  • 1 tsp parsley, chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • Oil (sunflower or olive oil)
  • lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash and trim the carrots and celery. Grate finely. Peel the apple and cut into small cubes or coarsely grate. Mix everything together with the spices and sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.
