Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 gherkin(s)
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp curry
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp vinegar (e.g. Balsamic vinegar bianco)
  • 1 tbsp ketchup (curry ketchup)
  • 3 dashes of Maggi
  • 150 ml oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Finely dice the onion and gherkin. Combine all ingredients except the oil in a blender, then add the oil while the blender is running.
