Cheese – minced meat – sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g minced meat
  • 1 onion(s), finely chopped
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 250 g cream cheese spread
  • some margarine

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

for pasta

Brown the diced onions and ground beef in margarine (as you would for a Bolognese sauce). Once the meat is well browned, simply add the cream and melted cheese. Stir well over low heat until the cheese has completely dissolved. It’s quick and easy, and even the little ones will enjoy it.
