Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 bag of rice
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 can of tomatoes, chopped
- 4 Pepper, green
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 carrots
- Salt
- oregano
- Cayenne pepper
- chili flakes
- Garlic granules
- pepper
- Oil for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Boil water and add salt. Meanwhile, cut the vegetables into small pieces. As soon as the water boils, add the rice and simmer for about 15 minutes. While the rice is cooking, sauté the onions and carrots in the pan, then add the bell peppers and chili peppers and fry together. Season the vegetables with garlic granules, oregano, salt, and pepper. Now add the cooked rice, mix, and continue frying. Finally, add the chopped tomatoes and mix. Season to taste with salt and pepper and, if desired, add cayenne pepper and chili flakes. Simmer over low heat until the rice has almost completely absorbed the tomato liquid, then serve immediately.
