  • 300 g bulgur
  • 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • some salt and pepper
  • some chili flakes
  • some cumin
  • some parsley, frozen
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 300 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 large zucchini
  • 250 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup cream yogurt, Greek
  • 200 ml tomatoes, pureed

Prepare the bulgur according to the package instructions and set aside. Then, brown the minced meat in a pan with oil. Add the sliced ​​zucchini and crushed garlic clove and continue cooking until the zucchini is tender but still firm to the bite. Add the passata and simmer briefly. Finally, briefly add the halved tomatoes and season everything with salt, pepper, cumin, chili, and parsley. Finally, stir in the bulgur and adjust the seasoning if desired.
