Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 point spinach (creamed spinach, 500 g, frozen)
  • 1 bag of rice
  • 400 g minced meat
  • 1 onion(s)
  • oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Tabasco

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Finely chop the onion and fry it in a pan. Add the minced meat and fry it. Meanwhile, cook the rice. When the minced meat is cooked, stir in the creamed spinach. Season with salt, pepper, and a dash of Tabasco. Stir in the cooked rice and serve.
