Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g cheese (Gouda, medium-aged)
  • 100 g cooked ham
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 tbsp oil

Slice the cheese, ham, and onion into strips. Dice the tomatoes and finely chop the chives. Combine the vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper. Whisk in the oil and fold in the chives. Then mix everything together.
