Foam omelette with strawberry jam

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Jam (strawberry jam)

Instructions

Working time approx. 6 minutes; Total time approx. 6 minutes

Separate the eggs, beat the egg whites with sugar until stiff peaks form, add the egg yolks, and lightly fold the flour into the mixture. Lightly brush a frying pan with oil, pour the omelet mixture into the pan, and cook until the bottom is very lightly browned (the top will still be fluffy!). Now quickly spread the strawberry jam on the fluffy side, fold the omelet in the pan, and serve immediately—it tastes best when piping hot.
