Vanilla pancakes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g yogurt (vanilla, no added sugar)
  • 200 ml milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 120 g flour
  • 50 g butter
  • 100 g jam (strawberry, preferably without added sugar)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix the vanilla yogurt with the milk, eggs, and flour. Melt a quarter of the butter in a pan and add a quarter of the batter. Cook until golden brown on both sides. Cook three more pancakes in the same way. Spread the pancakes with jam and roll them up. Serve immediately.
