Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 lettuce or lamb’s lettuce
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • 12 tbsp water
  • 2 tsp, heaped sugar
  • 2 tsp, heaped mustard, mild
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Wash the lettuce and tear it into small, bite-sized pieces. Squeeze the lemon. Add the water, sugar, a pinch of salt, and the mustard to the lemon juice and mix well. Adjust the amount of sugar and mustard to taste. The dressing should have a slightly acidic note and is served with lamb’s lettuce and a green salad.
