Delicious salad dressing

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar, white
  • 6 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp peanut oil
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp, heaped sugar
  • 1 dash of lemon juice
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Very good as a storage item, stays fresh for a long time.

Combine all ingredients in a tall, narrow container and blend with a hand blender. Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for at least 2-3 weeks. This dressing pairs perfectly with any leafy salad.
