Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 pork schnitzels or turkey schnitzels
- 1 pack of herbs (8-herb mix, frozen)
- 1 tbsp oil
- 100 ml coffee cream (4%)
- 2 garlic cloves, or more
- 50 ml dry white wine
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Brown the schnitzels in a pan with oil, then season with salt and pepper. Wrap in aluminum foil and keep warm. Sauté the finely diced garlic cloves in the pan. Deglaze the pan with wine and reduce slightly. Then add the coffee cream and the herb mixture. Reduce slightly again. Finally, add the schnitzels back in and let them simmer in the sauce for another 5 minutes. Serve with rice or a fresh baguette.
