Raspberry yogurt quark

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 500 g yogurt (1.5%)
  • 500 g raspberries, fresh or frozen
  • 100 g powdered sugar
  • 3 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 1 package of biscuits (butter biscuits)
  • 400 g whipped cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

quick, light summer dessert

Mix the quark and yogurt with 50g of sugar. Puree the raspberries (thawed frozen ones) with 50g of sugar. Stir 3/4 of the raspberries into the quark and yogurt mixture. Layer the mixture in a bowl. Layer 1/3 of the quark cream, 1/3 of the biscuits, etc. Pour the cream over the top layer of quark cream. Finally, spread the remaining 1/4 of the raspberry puree. Refrigerating afterward is optional, but not required.
