Ingredients for 16 servings:
- 125 g margarine
- 125 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 2 eggs
- 150 g flour
- 1 pinch of baking powder
- 16 half apricot(s) , from the can
- e.g. powdered sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Make a batter from the ingredients margarine to baking powder. Fill 2 tablespoons of batter into paper baking cups and place an apricot half on each. Bake at 170°C on the middle rack for 15-20 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar, if desired.
