Chicken Liver with Mushrooms

- 1 kilogram Chicken liver
- 500 g White mushrooms
- 1 Apple
- 1 Onion
- 1 Clove of garlic
- Pepper from the grinder
- Salt from the mill
- Tomato paste
- Soup greens
- 3 Tablespoon (level) Food starch
- 3 teaspoon Meat broth instant
- Marjoram
- Lard
- Remove the core of the apple and cut into small cubes. Cut the onion into small cubes. Cut the chicken liver into bite-sized pieces. Clean the mushrooms and cut them into slices.
- Heat the lard in a casserole and sweat in it onion cubes, apple cubes, soup greens and tomato paste. Press the garlic clove through a press, add and stir in. Add the chicken liver, sprinkle with the cornstarch and mix everything well. Now fill up some water. Now season everything well with salt, pepper, instant meat stock and marjoram. Finally fold in the mushrooms. Now let everything simmer for about 20-25 minutes over low heat. Serve with rice or noodle
