Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ½ onion(s)
  • 1 cube of Gorgonzola
  • 1 cup crème fraîche with herbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Fry the onion in hot fat until translucent. Slice the Gorgonzola cheese into the pan. Stir in the crème fraîche and herbs. DONE! The Gorgonzola cheese is already so intense, so no additional seasoning is needed.
