Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 onions
  • 50 g butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper, white
  • Cayenne pepper
  • garlic powder
  • 2 cup(s) water, hot
  • 1 bell pepper(s)
  • 1 small can of corn
  • 1 small can of peas
  • 1 can of pizza tomatoes
  • 50 g breadcrumbs
  • ½ roast chicken, cooked

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Quick, easy and so delicious!

Slice the onions and fry. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Pour in hot water, and simmer covered for 10 minutes. Dice the bell peppers, drain the corn, and add both. Sprinkle in the breadcrumbs and season with cayenne pepper. Remove the roast chicken from the bones, tear it into bite-sized pieces, and add. Add the pizza tomatoes and peas. Simmer gently for 10 minutes. Season to taste and adjust seasoning if desired. Rice goes well with this dish.
