  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 750 g creamed spinach

  • 2 handfuls of cheddar or mozzarella, grated
  • 1.2 liters of milk, approx.
  • salt and pepper
  • Garlic granules
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

It’s pretty quick, easy and all in one pot!

One pot – so we only need one pot, but a big, tall one! Chop the onions and garlic, and also trim or cut the meat into smaller pieces. Heat the oil and add the bacon and meat to the pot, season with salt, pepper, and garlic, and brown. Reduce the heat slightly. Once you’re done, remove the chicken from the pot using tongs, for example, and set it aside. Then add the garlic and onions to the pot and sauté. Add the spinach, bring to a boil, and season again. Then add all the milk, stir, and bring back to a boil. You can, of course, increase the heat again during this time. Add the pasta and cook in the milk until al dente. Add more milk if needed. Be sure to stir frequently, otherwise the pasta will stick to the bottom of the pot! When the pasta is just cooked, add the meat back in, stir in the pesto and cheese, and heat through. Season to taste and serve immediately. This recipe is perfect for beginners or when you’re in a hurry! Enjoy!
