Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 pack of soup vegetables, frozen
- 2 jars of chicken giblets
- 1 bag of rice
- e.g. vegetable broth, Maggi, Fondor etc.
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Heat the chicken giblets (including the broth). Add the soup vegetables and cook until tender. Cook the rice and add it as well. Finally, season to taste.
