Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 ½ liters of water
- 3 tea bags (fruit tea)
- 1 tsp ascorbic acid (vitamin C)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 15 sweetener tablets, to taste

an inexpensive drink for those who find water too bland when on a diet
Boil 1.5 liters of water. Place the tea bags in a large teapot and pour over the boiling water. Steep according to the package instructions. I personally love raspberry or apricot tea… But if you also want to do something good for your figure, you can try mate tea (mate leaves curb hunger). Now add the sweetener tablets, squeeze the tea bags, and place the teapot in the refrigerator to cool. Once the tea has cooled, you can add a little more lemon juice and/or ascorbic acid. Do not add the vitamin powder to hot tea, as vitamin C is heat-sensitive!
