Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 handful of cherries, fresh or frozen, pitted
  • 150 ml milk
  • 125 g yogurt 0.5% fat
  • n. B. Sweetener
  • 1 banana(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 3 minutes

Suitable for WW, 3pp (total)

Pour everything into a cup, blend, and sweeten with sweetener as needed. For those of us who eat WW: this yogurt drink has 3pp (total) as prepared. You can, of course, also sweeten it with sugar, which will naturally give it more pp.
