- 1 handful of cherries, fresh or frozen, pitted
- 150 ml milk
- 125 g yogurt 0.5% fat
- n. B. Sweetener
- 1 banana(s)

Pour everything into a cup, blend, and sweeten with sweetener as needed. For those of us who eat WW: this yogurt drink has 3pp (total) as prepared. You can, of course, also sweeten it with sugar, which will naturally give it more pp.
