Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g buttermilk
- 250 ml low-carbonated mineral water
- 1 bunch of mixed herbs
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper, white
Instructions

alcohol-free
Combine the buttermilk with mineral water and whisk vigorously. Wash the herbs, pat dry, and finely chop. Mix into the drink along with the lemon juice. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
