Baked Apples with Cranberries and Vanilla Ice Cream

- 2 Pc. Apple
- 0,5 Cup Sugar brown
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 0,25 Cup Walnuts
- 0,25 Cup Cranberries
- 4 tbsp Butter
- 1 Cup Water
- Remove the lid from the apples (about 2 cm high) and set aside. Scoop out apples with a teaspoon until there is a wall about 1-5 cm thick.
- Mix the sugar, cinnamon, walnuts and cranberries in a bowl. Spread the mixture evenly over the two apples. Add 2 tablespoons of butter to the mixture. Close the apples with the lid.
- Place the apples in an ovenproof baking dish. Fill the mold about two fingers high with water.
- Bake at 200 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Serve with vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce.
