Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 80 g lamb’s lettuce
- ½ small pear(s)
- 2 tbsp, heaped cranberries, dried
- 2 tbsp almonds, roasted
- 80 g sour cream
- 2 tbsp red currant vinegar
- 1 tsp oil
- e.g. salt and pepper
- n. B. herbs
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
in fruity sour cream dressing
Clean and wash the lamb’s lettuce. Wash the pear, halve it, remove the core, and cut it into slices or cubes. Mix the dressing together and season to taste. Place the lamb’s lettuce on plates, pour the dressing on top, and then add the pear pieces, almonds, and cranberries. Serve fresh.
