Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 500 g minced meat
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 bell peppers, green and red
- 1 jar mushrooms
- 1 bag of rice
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 300 ml vegetable broth or meat broth
- 1 tsp mustard
- salt and pepper
- Tomato paste
- Spice mix (Chinese spice)
- Paprika powder
- oregano
- ketchup
Instructions

quick and tasty
Peel the onion and garlic and dice them finely. Slice the bell peppers and drain the mushrooms. Brown the minced meat in oil until hot, then immediately add the onion and garlic. Season with salt, pepper, Chinese spice, and paprika. Add the tomato paste and mustard. Add the bell pepper pieces and mushrooms and fry lightly. Remove the rice from the bag and add it (loosely) to the pot. Pour in the stock and simmer for about 15 minutes. Add a little more stock if the rice has absorbed too much. Stir in the ketchup and oregano to taste and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
