Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 leaves of iceberg lettuce
- 30 g Parmesan
- 1 small garlic clove(s)
- 4 tsp, heaped crème fraîche
- 4 tsp, heaped mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 8 stalks of chives
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Wash and dry the iceberg lettuce, and cut it into small pieces. Mix together the crème fraîche, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and crushed garlic. Add the sliced chives and the dried lettuce to the sauce. Thinly slice the Parmesan cheese and crumble it over the lettuce. Gently mix everything and season with salt and pepper. We use it on the bottom bun to replace the lettuce leaf.
