Chili cheese dip with peppers

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 small piece(s) of bell pepper(s), red
  • 4 Jalapeño(s) , pickled, sliced
  • 3 slice(s) of processed cheese (Chester)
  • 1 dash of cream
  • 50 ml milk
  • 1 pinch of mustard
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Finely dice the bell pepper and jalapeño slices. Heat butter or oil in a small saucepan over medium-high heat and sauté the bell peppers until softened (about 2-4 minutes, depending on your taste). Add the jalapeño cubes just before the end of the cooking time. Reduce the heat or turn it off. Add the milk, cream, and cheese to the pan. Once the cheese has melted, season to taste.
