Use of leftover chocolate or couverture
Especially in the run-up to Christmas, you often have some leftover chocolate coating from baking. This is an ideal way to use up leftover chocolate coating and chocolate: Cover one side of crispbread with the remaining melted chocolate, let it dry thoroughly on a wire rack, and then store it in a container – not airtight, or the crispbread will go soft. Kids love this as a reasonably healthy, very tasty snack!
