Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 ml sweet cream
  • 150 g yogurt
  • ½ lemon(s) (or lime), juice
  • 1 dashes balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper, white
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • Parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

goes well with all salads, especially iceberg lettuce

Whisk together lemon juice, a little light balsamic vinegar (if you don’t have any, you can leave it out), a pinch of salt and pepper, and the sugar. Slowly stir in the cream (with a whisk or a large fork). Stir in the yogurt and fold in the chopped parsley. Season to taste. Add a little more sugar, salt, and lemon juice if needed. If the dressing stands for a while, it will thicken. Then simply stir in a little water.
