Banana and minced meat pan

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g rice
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 onion(s), diced
  • 350 g minced meat
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 small can of tomato paste
  • some pepper
  • ½ tsp curry
  • 125 ml instant meat broth
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika powder
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Add rice to boiling salted water and cook until tender. Drain in a sieve. Heat oil and sauté onion until translucent. Add ground beef and fry briefly. Peel and slice bananas. Add tomato paste, broth, and rice to the meat mixture. Mix everything well and season generously with the spices. Serve with a mixed salad.
