Simple rice dish

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 onions
  • 150 g long grain rice
  • ½ bunch parsley
  • ½ liter meat broth
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 200 g minced meat, mixed
  • 100 g tartar
  • salt and pepper
  • ½ tsp sweet paprika powder
  • 1 small can of tomato paste

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Dice the onions and sauté in oil. Add the minced meat and tartare and fry until browned. Pour in the hot meat broth and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Add the rice and tomato paste and simmer over low heat for about 25 minutes. Season to taste and serve sprinkled with parsley.
