Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g buckwheat flour
  • 100 g lentil flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 70 cl buttermilk
  • 50 cl oil
  • ¾ cl soda water
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a bowl, mix for about 2-3 minutes, and then pour into a prepared loaf pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (convection oven) for about 25 minutes.
