Minced meat pan with bananas

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g minced meat, mixed
  • 150 g rice
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 liter meat broth
  • 100 g tomato paste
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • e.g. paprika powder
  • n. B. Curry
  • some oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Slice the bananas and finely dice the onion. Heat a little oil and fry the minced meat. Then add the onions and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and curry powder. Mix in the rice and bananas. Mix the tomato paste with the meat broth and add to the minced meat. Cook until the rice is cooked.
