Tarte flambée with Leberkäse

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 250 g Leberkäse
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 125 g crème fraîche
  • 2 tbsp sweet mustard
  • 1 pack of dough for tarte flambée, approx. 260 g, from the refrigerated section
  • 100 g Emmental cheese
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Trim and slice the leek into rings, and cut the Leberkäse into strips. Heat oil in a pan and fry the leek for about 3 minutes. Add the Leberkäse and fry everything for another 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Mix the crème fraîche with the mustard, then grate the cheese. Place the dough on a baking sheet with the baking paper and spread the mustard cream on it. Spread the leek and Leberkäse mixture on top and sprinkle with the cheese. Bake the tarte flambée in a preheated oven at 225°C for about 15 minutes. Serve with a fresh green salad.
