Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 80 g tomatoes, dried in oil
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 40 g pine nuts
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cl cherry liqueur
- 20 g Parmesan, grated
Instructions

tastes great on steaks
Drain the tomatoes. Place all ingredients in a bowl and puree with a hand blender.
