  • 400 ml coffee, freshly brewed
  • 6 ice cubes
  • 30 g protein powder (whey protein shake, e.g. Cookies and Cream flavor)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Brew the coffee. Pour the hot coffee into a suitable container and add the ice cubes. Add the protein shake powder. Blend everything with a blender. The shake has 100 kcal.
