- 400 ml coffee, freshly brewed
- 6 ice cubes
- 30 g protein powder (whey protein shake, e.g. Cookies and Cream flavor)

Brew the coffee. Pour the hot coffee into a suitable container and add the ice cubes. Add the protein shake powder. Blend everything with a blender. The shake has 100 kcal.
